Is my data secure at AMI?

ANSWER: Yes. AMI is recognized as a Tier II data center and has the appropriate controls and redundancies in place to comply with our SSAE 16 Type II audit.

Can you fix network issues remotely or do you have to come to my office?

ANSWER: Most times a secured remote connection to your PC or server will allow our technicians the access they need to resolve an issue. In the case that a site visit is warranted we are able to do that as well.

Do you sell hardware and software?

ANSWER: Yes. Through our business partnerships with IBM/Lenovo, HP, Cisco and many others we have access to the best pricing to accommodate your hardware and software needs. We also develop custom software. Please contact AMI for more details.

What does Managed IT actually mean?

ANSWER: As a definition, Managed IT Services allows a business to offload IT operations to a service provider, known as a Managed Services Provider. The managed service provider assumes an ongoing responsibility for 24-hour monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for the IT systems within a business.

My business already has an internal IT staff, why would I need AMI?
